With over 30 years' experience in the trust and asset management business, Philip was a founding partner of Altamira Investment Services Inc., when the company reorganized its original business model in 1987. Prior to its sale, Philip acted as the company's CEO and Director.

Philip graduated BA (Law) with Honours from the Manchester School of Law in 1972, and joined Lloyds Bank as a Management Trainee in the Investment and Trust Department from 1972 until 1975. Philip moved to Canada in 1975 and joined Crown Trust Company as a Manager of Trust Services (1975-1981). From 1981 to 1987 he joined Morgan Trust Company as Vice President of Trust Services and President of Morgan Managed Funds. From 1987 to 2000 he was President and CEO of Altamira Investment Services.

He became the founding principal of Jovian Capital Corporation in 2001. Philip has served as Chairman of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) and The Mutual Fund Dealer's Association (MFDA). In addition, he serves on the board of the Canadian Opera Company and the Ireland Fund of Canada.

Prior to becoming a founding principal of BetaPro Management Inc., Adam worked for a US based Global Macro hedge fund manager, Bradbrooke Capital Inc. Adam was hired from JPMorgan Securities Fixed Income Derivative's group in New York, where he co-led the coverage for many of JPMorgan's top tier corporate clients amongst the oil & gas and power & utility sectors. Previously, Adam worked in investment banking for JPMorgan Canada and CIBC World Markets, respectively.

Howard Atkinson has over 20 years of investment management industry experience, including positions with a national investment dealer and major mutual fund companies. Prior to joining BetaPro, Howard was responsible for business development of the Exchange Traded Products business at Barclays Global Investors Canada Limited. He is the immediate Past President of Toronto CFA Society board of directors and is a member of the S&P/TSX Canada Index Advisory Panel.

Mr. Atkinson is the author of "The New Investment Frontier III: A Guide to Exchange Traded Funds for Canadians," and "Les Fonds Négociés en Bourse: Un outil de placement novateur pour l'investisseur avisé". He has been a contributing writer and frequent analyst reference in many major Canadian newspapers, including The Globe & Mail, National Post, Toronto Star, Vancouver Sun, and Ottawa Citizen. Howard has appeared on Global TV and can be seen regularly on BNN (Business News Network) and CP24.

Kristen joined BetaPro Management as an analyst in December 2006. Prior to BetaPro, she gained experience in the financial services industry working in commercial banking services at BMO Bank of Montreal. Kristen graduated from McGill University in 2005 with a degree in Economics and Physics.

Jacques holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining BetaPro Management Inc., Jacques worked for CIBC Mellon where he serviced top tier corporate clients.
